My kids would tell you that I am really practical. I can’t think of a more practical item than a simple pot. We need a place to serve soup or a salad to friends. We need to hold our kitchen tools and a light on the back porch in the evening. A clay pot is something that fills all these needs. And if we can pause to enjoy the feel, form, or simple embellishment, what a delightful way to spend a moment!
I’ve been working in clay for over 30 years. Hog Hill Pottery has been part of my life since I moved into the old farmhouse at the top of the hill in central NH. I sell my work from my ever-growing studio, as well as an assortment of local galleries and craft fairs throughout the northeast. Visit my website, Hog Hill Pottery.
